For each indicator we track, we always aim to use the most reliable, accessible dataset, with data from as many countries as possible, and to keep those consistent across Pulse. We’ve updated the source we use for country-level domain use in the Pulse Country Reports.
Improvements
ccTLD data for more countries
We’ve changed the data source we use for measuring the number of domains registered at a country-code top-level domain (ccTLD) in the Pulse Country Reports. We now use DomainTools, which allows us to present data for more countries, and also better aligns with the dataset we use for the Pulse Internet Resilience Index. We’ve also updated our indicators page to reflect this change.
